State what must be true at the end and why. Stop describing the sequence. The model is increasingly better than we are at finding an efficient path through process.
Define capabilities with clear inputs and outputs. Constraints and guardrails are what survive model upgrades — they are the business rules that must always be true.
Tests everything: functional, non-functional, guardrails, data boundary, cost. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. No intermediate handoffs become the bottleneck.
